A chocolate mousse with a twist!
Ingredients:
- 125ml boiling water
- *8 English Tea Shop Super Berries tea bags
- 5ml Powdered Gelatin
- 80ml Soft Brown Sugar
- 175ml Whipped Cream
Method:
- Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and let it brew for 5 minutes, squeeze the tea bags to extract every last bit of flavor.
- Add Gelatin to the mixture and let it dissolve well and then add the milk.
- Place a heat proof glass bowl over a pot of boiling water, add the egg yolks and brown sugar whisk till thick and creamy.
- Remove the mixture from the heat, add the chocolate berry mixture. Mix well and let it cool. Step Add the cream to the mixture and fold gently.
- Pour the mixture into a separate bowl, refrigerate until it is set.
- Enjoy with family and friends!
